This study has the main goal of being able to analyze and explain how influence organizational culture, job satisfaction, commitment on employee intentions leave company, considering that after covid-19 pandemic, many companies, especially retail have changed their culture. research is an explanatory type uses a positivist approach, with quantitative methods. The data in this were collected through list questionnaires distributed respondents, respondents employees three retailer companies city Tomohon, namely: Cool Supermarket, Multimart, Grand Central, each which 100 employees. Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis technique. From results obtained indicate culture variable no significant effect commitment, but appears then resulting obtains overview satisfaction also commitment. organization, did not show desire employees, as well intention
